Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. International orders vary by location but generally arrive within 10-21 business days. Tracking information is provided via email as soon as your package is dispatched.
What is your return policy for vintage and collectable fashion?
We offer a 30-day return window for all items. Products must be returned in their original condition with all Groovy Collectables tags still attached. Please note that items marked 'Final Sale' are ineligible for returns.
How do I know the items are authentic?
Authenticity is our top priority. Every item in our collection undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection by our team of experts to ensure it meets our high standards for quality and brand legitimacy.
What payment methods do you accept?

We use a standardized grading system: 'Mint' (unused), 'Excellent' (minimal wear), and 'Good' (visible character). Detailed descriptions and high-resolution photos are provided on each product page so you know exactly what to expect.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we can only guarantee modifications or cancellations within 60 minutes of purchase. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to make a change.
