Return Process

  Place the items back in their original Groovy Collectables packaging to ensure they stay protected during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
